SheetHRIS is a structured Google Sheets template for early-stage teams to manage employee data, track joiners, updates, exits and everything in between - without building it all from scratch.
It’s built with automation where it matters (forms, status changes, scheduled updates), and full audit logs so you always know what changed, when, and by whom.

⚙️ About the scripts
SheetHRIS uses built-in Google Apps Scripts to power features like forms and scheduled updates.
When you first set it up, Google will prompt you to authorise the scripts. This is expected and required for the automations to work. The scripts only run within your copy of the sheet and don’t access or share any external data.
You’ll get clear written and video instructions to guide you through the authorisation step. It takes just a few clicks.
💷 Currency and localisation
SheetHRIS is currently set up for UK-based teams, with salaries in GBP and UK-style terminology. It supports one currency at the moment and isn’t designed for multi-currency setups. This is on the roadmap, or I can custom build it by arrangement.
If you're based elsewhere, you might be able to adjust the currency formatting and terms yourself, but those changes aren’t currently included in the instructions.
